Wired by Design

I would just like to say what an outstanding job that was done on my brand new home build in terms of audio and visual installation and solutions.

I know that I am a very picky customer that demands perfection. In saying that… I now have the perfect audio visual equipment and set up for my entire house,, from the distributed audio to the video home theater. There were a few set up problems that I did not understand. When I called Darren, I received an immediate return call that was polite, professional and courteous response with in minutes. Darren took the time to talk with me and has also gone out of his way to meet with me on several occasions to ensure that everything was perfect. Darren has gone far beyond what is required from any company.

I rarely (actually I never) give recommendations or complements about any company in fear that the work might next time be substandard. So when I say that Darren and Wired by Design is the best company I have ever dealt with, I really mean it.

I will be recommending Darren and Wired by Design to all my coworkers, friends and family in a heart beat with no reservation.

If you are to go with and audio/visual company, go with Wired by Design. You will thank me later.

A True Testimony to the Exceptional Service

In 2008 my husband and I built what we thought was going to be our "dream home." Married for only a few years at the time, and expecting our first child, we were ecstatic to finally get into the "perfect" home to grow and raise a family in. We loved it! Especially at first. It was located on a quiet bay, in a superb community, with great neighbors and a ton of children playing in the street that soon became our best friends and a part of our family. When we first decided to build a home, we never thought twice about choosing a location that would nurture this type of close-knit community. By "chance" we ended up on a great street. It was then, "location, location, location" had a meaning.

A few years down the road, our "dream home" wasn’t looking so perfect anymore. Our baby girl that we moved into our home with grew taller, her toys became larger, and she had a sibling that brought in even more belongings. Our walls, slowly felt like they were closing in on us. Everyone and everything was getting larger, but our house felt like it was getting smaller. We no longer loved our home. At this point we started talking about moving and starting all over again. This was not what we wanted to do at all as we felt like the location of our home could not be replaced.

Instead we can up with the resolution of completing our lower level. Without doing any research on the process of hiring a contractor, my husband and I contracted someone we knew to finish our lower level for us so we could get the extra space that our family was looking for. What started out as an extremely exciting event for us ended up being the biggest nightmares of our lives. The fellow, whom we thought we knew well and had a relationship with, requested full payment upfront and weeks into the project, was never seen again. As you would expect, next to nothing was complete in our basement at a very large cost. We were devastated. A year later, we were ready to tackle the project again. Bitten once, and twice shy, we did more research and inquiry of our own when it came to hiring a trust-worthy company that would be handling our life savings. This is when we came across a fellow by the name of Darren Munsters from Wired By Design. Darren met with us at our residence, listened to our story, and was very sympathetic as to what we experienced just one year previous. Darren was extremely patient with us, listened to exactly what we wanted, and provided us with additional ideas that we would have never thought about on our own. With Darren’s array of knowledge in many different areas of home improvement, right from general construction to product knowledge of home audio equipment and installation, he had our trust. The experience with Wired By Design was non-the-less, but outstanding. The personnel we were involved with were very professional, very knowledgeable and above all, offered a degree of customer service that was incomparable. What separates Wired by Design from any other company is that satisfying the customer is their number one priority. What you want is what you will get and that is guaranteed from Wired By Design. We cannot express how grateful we are with the services we received from Wired By Design and highly recommend them to anyone interested in home improvement, renovation or installation of their audiovisual needs. Thanks to Darren at Wired By Design, we once again had our dream home. My family is comfortable and we are in love with our new basement. The completed project surpassed our expectations. The quality and workmanship was remarkable, and the products chosen were high end. We got everything we dreamed of and more.
